Le Comité specializes in the development of public and community space projects, from design through to construction. As a non-profit worker cooperative, we are recognized for our innovative, sustainable, and meticulously executed projects. Thanks to our multidisciplinary team, our services are built around three complementary areas of expertise: design, consulting, and construction.

We offer customized support in consultation and design. Depending on your needs, we can step in at a specific stage of the project or manage the entire process, from initial analysis through to completion. If needed, our team also handles dismantling and storage, providing a comprehensive solution tailored to each context.

Our cooperative places special emphasis on the principles of universal accessibility and inclusivity to create spaces that are suitable for everyone.
