Temporary Pedestrian Street
In order to address the various challenges and objectives identified by the Association des commerçants de la rue De Castelnau (De Castelnau Street Merchants Association), Le Comité and Caserne are proposing a high-quality development project to transform the commercial artery into a must-see public space in the city. The pedestrianization project is based on versatile, green, and unifying development concepts to create a distinctive environment and unique character.

The story takes place as lockdown restrictions begin to ease. It has been over a year since two loved ones have seen each other in person. One of them arrives before the other. Let’s imagine their conversation before they meet, until they finally come together at Place De Castelnau.
